社会主义核心价值观是培养时代新人的价值指引，校企协同培育学生社会主义核心价值观是校企合作、产教融合的必然要求。当前在校企协同培育学生社会主义核心价值观过程中存在着教育主体缺位、育人过程存在缺失、育人载体建设不完善等问题，影响了协同育人的效果，所以，应在坚持党的统一领导、目的一致性、独立性和完整性相统一、理论与实践相结合等原则下，强化企业育人主体地位、完善育人过程、丰富育人载体，创建立体全方位育人环境，对校企协同育人机制进行完善与创新。

The socialist core values are the value guide for cultivating newcomers of the era, and the school-enterprise collaboration to cultivate the socialist core values is an inevitable requirement for schoolenterprise cooperation and the integration of industry and education. At present, in the process of schoolenterprise collaborative cultivation of socialist core values, there are problems such as the absence of the main body of education, the lack of the education process, and the imperfect construction of the education carrier,which affects the effect of collaborative education. It is necessary to adhere to the principles of the party's unified leadership, consistency of purpose, unity of independence and integrity, and combination of theory and practice,through strengthening the main position of enterprise education, perfecting the process of education, and enriching the carrier of education to create a three-dimensional Starting from three aspects of the all-round education environment, we will improve and innovate the school-enterprise collaborative education mechanism.
